The game

Apex is a self-financing tower trading game inside Telegram. Players add and remove blocks. Money never leaves the system — it moves between players according to the published formulas. There are no commissions on plays.

In-game credits

Credits earned or spent inside Apex have no monetary value outside Apex. Credits cannot be converted back into Telegram Stars or fiat currency. Credits may not be sold, traded, or transferred outside the game.

Telegram Stars top-up

Topping up credits via Telegram Stars is a one-way conversion: Stars → credits. All Stars purchases are final once confirmed in Telegram, subject to Telegram's own refund policy. Apex does not initiate refunds outside of Telegram's system.

Acceptable use

• No automation, scripting, or bots playing on your behalf.
• No exploiting bugs to gain unfair advantage.
• No abusing channel features to spam.
• No attempts to impersonate other users or our bot.

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation. Credits forfeit on suspension.

No financial product

Apex is a game. Credits are not a security, currency, or investment product. Movement of credits between players is determined by gameplay formulas, not by markets, oracles, or external data feeds.

Liability

Apex is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee uptime, data integrity in case of catastrophic failure, or perpetual availability of the service. Don't treat credits as a store of value.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via the bot.
