Privacy Policy

What we collect

Apex is a Telegram Mini App. When you open it from Telegram we receive a signed payload (initData) containing your Telegram user id, first name, optional username, language code, and (if your privacy settings allow) your profile photo URL. We do not collect your phone number, email, contacts, or any other personal information.

How we use it

• To create and identify your in-game player record.
• To attribute referrals when you invite friends.
• To send you bot direct messages about activity in your towers.
• To verify channel membership when you open a community tower.

What we store

On our server we store: your Telegram user id, display name, optional photo URL, in-game wallet balance, towers you own or play in, and the ledger of game actions you take (build / sell). We do not store your Telegram chats, messages, or contacts.

What we share

Nothing with third parties. We do not sell, rent, or share your data. The only outbound calls we make are to the Telegram Bot API on your behalf (e.g. to verify channel membership, post a tower announcement to a channel where you are admin).

Cookies and analytics

We use first-party storage (localStorage) for your language preference and onboarding state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that identify you personally.

Telegram Stars

When (and if) you top up credits via Telegram Stars, payment processing is handled entirely by Telegram. We receive a transaction id and the Stars amount; we do not see your payment method.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by messaging the bot at @apex_cryptower_bot with the command /delete_my_data. Your records are removed within 14 days.
